We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns and refunds may be necessary. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from our website.
HOW TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN ?
1.Visit https://www.sanneu.com/index.php?route=account/return and let us know the item(s) and why you want to return them. Reconfirm your arrival.
2.as soon as the return process is passed. Your order will be picked up by the courier within 72 hours of your request once we arrange for a return pick-up. Please keep in mind that the Product may need 2–7 working days to return to our order processing centre.
Except for badminton racquets, you won't be charged for shipping when returning an item.
WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR REFUND ?
Your refund will be processed in 6-7 days [Credit/Debit Card: 15-20 days] after your return's quality check has been successful.
As soon as we've authorised a refund and processed your return, we'll send you another email.
Your bank must still handle the reimbursement after we authorize it. The payment method you used to purchase the item will be used to issue your refund.
A COD Fees deduction will be applied if you prefer to pay COD. You must fill out the return area with your bank information or UPI ID to get your refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION.
1. Eligibility for Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placing.
- After 2 hours, cancellation requests will be subject to review and may not be guaranteed.
2. Processed Orders:
- Once an order has been processed, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed.
Shipped Orders
1. Ineligible for Cancellation:
- Orders that have been shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
2. Delivery:
- Please be available at the designated delivery address to receive your package.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLIED.
- After the customer receives the product, we only accept returns or exchanges within 7 days.
- Any products being returned must be brand-new, unopened, and complete with all original tags and packaging.
- Please refrain from returning any damaged goods unless a member of our customer support team first approves. It can lead to a longer resolution period or no refunds. make sure to include a picture of the merchandise in the return section.
- Items purchased during sales or during promotions, specials, or clearance are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Our technical specialist will carefully review all items before we proceed with a refund or exchange.
- In the event that customized racquets with a particular string need to be returned, the whole string amount (including the stringing service fee) will be subtracted from the string and stringing charges, and the client will be responsible for paying the courier fees to return the racquet to Sanneu.
- Items not eligible for returns include: - Hygiene - related products and personal safety gear, pads and gloves for cricket.
- False/Fake goods received won't be shipped or returned to the user or consumer.
- If an order worth more than Rs. 2500 is cancelled, transaction fees between 2% - 3% will be deducted, depending on the chosen payment method. Please contact us for more information.
- No refunds or credits will be given for items returned to any other address.
- If a shipment is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) due to the receiver being unavailable or canceling/rejecting it, the item will not be deliverable. In such cases, customers must repurchase the product or select an alternative item. Refunds for the original purchase will not be provided. For further assistance, please contact us via email.
- We would set up for the merchandise to be picked up and inspected when it arrives if the goods were returned due to product damage, a manufacturing problem, or the wrong size being shipped for clothing and footwear. You have the option of asking for a full refund or a replacement product in exchange if the item is still in its original packaging and condition with all of the tags attached. In either scenario, the replacement process, which calls for multiple shipments, might take up to 15 days.
- Please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery if you receive an item that is broken, defective, or not what you purchased. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and the order number and item number from your original confirmation email. Customer service will make every effort to help you with your return. You are liable for all return shipping fees if you don't get in touch with customer service within the required window of time.
- Note that the item must be returned in its original condition with no signs of use or wear and tear. in addition to the price tag, sticker, seal wrap, and shipping package.
